Notice of Annual General Meeting

The 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the IBS will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 22nd, 2019, in the Corbett Tavern at Fanshawe Pioneer Village, London, Ontario.

The purpose of the meeting is to elect Directors, approve the Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2018, appoint a Public Accountant, receive reports, and conduct such other business as may be properly be brought before the meeting.

Your RSVP is requested immediately, as it will assist in making arrangements and ensuring that we can form a quorum if the number of attendees is known beforehand. All are invited to remain for lunch and order off the menu at the Village Restaurant.

Enter Fanshawe Conservation Area off Clarke Rd., between Huron St. and Kilally Rd. Entrance to the Conservation Area is free for patrons of Fanshawe Pioneer Village. Admission to the Pioneer Village is free for attendees of the IBS Annual General Meeting.
