Heritage Day 2022

It was a hot steamy day at the Pioneer Village on August 7th, 2022 as the Irish Benevolent Society hosted their Annual Heritage Day. Throughout the day visitors were able to enjoy an Irish Dance performance, busking traditional musicians, a harpist and so much more. Two local food trucks provided much needed nourishment throughout the day and children were well entertained at the London Irish Canadian Cultural Society activity centre. Many thoroughly enjoyed the Irish language lessons, the genealogy corner and of course the Donnelly display. It was a LOT of fun and we look forward to doing this for many years to come.

Mark your calendar for this kick-off event. As a community we have a lot of business owners and entrepreneurs. Let’s get together and see how we can work together, support each other and get to know our business owners. This will be your opportunity to shape how this group can operate. Is it networking, referrals, social, all of the above? You decide.
