This is a reminder that the Irish Benevolent Society AGM will take place next Saturday, June 20 at 11:00, notice of which was sent May 30th.
The meeting will take place at the Corbett Tavern, Fanshawe Pioneer Village. Access to the village is through the Fanshawe Conservation Area at 1424 Clarke Road, London, at the intersection of Clarke Road and Veterans Memorial Parkway.
At the Conservation Area entrance, let them know you are going to the Village. At the Village Tollgate let them know you are going to the IBS Annual Meeting and the entrance fee will be waived.
The Agenda for the meeting is available above as well as a Special Resolution the memberships will be asked to vote on.
So we can be sure of a quorum, we ask you to kindly RSVP directly to me at jane.corbett@irishbenevolentsociety.ca
